The delivery fee for your order is displayed in the Ordering page as an Estimated Delivery Fee. This estimated fee changes to a final delivery fee in the Shopping Cart page, once you have selected the delivery method for your order. If you have more than one product in your order, the delivery fee is automatically calculated by our system based on the Total Weight of products. There is no extra delivery charge for different items being delivered at different times.
Estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days (DHL) does not commence until your order has been completed (Production Turnaround).
Your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day and dispatched as quickly as possible.
The delivery date will be affected by:
(a) Clearance of your payment to us from your financial institution;
(b) Your final email approval of artwork files;
(c) Your delivery address. If you live in a non-metropolitan or regional delivery zone a longer delivery time may apply to your order.
If you were registered at the time you placed your order, you can see the status of your order in the Order History area. If your order has been dispatched you will have received an email that contained a tracking number for your order. If you had multiple orders delivered to different addresses you may have received multiple tracking numbers. You can use these tracking numbers to see the delivery status of your products on DHL or your local post office web site.
Online orders are delivered using DHL or International Express Courier, so that they can be tracked. We only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.
All products can only be sent to one address per order. To have different products delivered to different addresses you will need to place separate orders.
