How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days, beginning once your order has been completed (after production turnaround). Delivery is between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Can customized products be returned?

Customized product orders are not eligible for return under this policy. Customized items include printed graphics, custom colour panels and special order products.

Email service@flagaholic.com to obtain your RMA# from a Flagaholic representative. All returned merchandise must include original packaging, manuals, accessories and cables, with the RMA# clearly printed on the outside of the package.

Can I buy replacement banners, panels or poles?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we sell replacement banners for teardrop, feather and rectangle banners, replacement panels for fabric tube and pop-up displays, replacement fabric skins for stretch fabric counters, and replacement poles and hardware.  Replacement sizes match the original product sizes: teardrop replacement banners are 20.1in x 45.3in, feather 21.3in x 60.2in, rectangle 21.7in x 90.6in, fabric standing banner panels 35.4in x 55.1in, pop-up wall panels 113.4in x 88.6in, tube display panels 95.7in x 89.8in, and stretch fabric counter skins 58.3in x 40.4in.Prices start from around $120.00.

How is delivery charged?

Delivery is calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order — $12.00 CAD per parcel, plus $1.50 CAD per 500g. The fee shows as an estimate on the ordering page and becomes final on the Shopping Cart page once you select a delivery method.

What are the bank transfer (direct deposit) details?

How does the free upload & proof service work?

Submit your artwork file and our designers will check and optimise it, then send you a free digital mockup to review. You are never asked for payment until you are 100% happy with the layout proof. Uploads are transferred securely, with a 500 MB limit per submission — for files larger than 500 MB, please provide a cloud storage link (Google Drive / Dropbox / OneDrive) instead.
